What will you do?

Sealed is looking for a detailed, process-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to support our company leadership on marketing and sales execution, systems development and data analysis.

In this important role, you will be the glue that holds our marketing and sales operation together - the person who builds and owns the systems and processes that we use every day to execute and track performance. 

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will:

  • Manage the marketing editorial calendar, coordinate our talented design and copywriting team to ensure all creative is developed on time for distribution.
  • Support marketing leadership in campaign execution: create and edit web and landing pages, set up email and social media marketing for deployment in the appropriate systems, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Expand and maintain systems for lead generation, marketing automation, sales enablement, and performance reporting (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Typeform, Outreach).
  • Create and execute ongoing training and develop user documentation that empowers all team members to leverage our marketing and sales software stack to help them succeed  .
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards for senior leadership to inform important strategic decision-making
  • Set up quizzes and other interactive digital engagement experiences for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing distribution partners to gather campaign performance data, and support Business Development by producing monthly and quarterly business review reports for marketing partners.
  • Coordinate with Sales Development team to ensure leads are serviced in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Service team to manage lead referral program for contractors
  • Recruitment, on-board and manage marketing and sales operations interns

Senior marketing leaders can count on you to execute your projects and tasks on time. We have clear visibility into marketing performance metrics. We are continually improving systems that support all marketing and sales operations.
 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of total work experience
  • 1+ years experience in marketing/sales operations
  • A wealth of knowledge and experience using marketing and sales automation and CRM platforms specifically: Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce, Typeform, Google Analytics, Drift/Intercom, Zapier
  • Intermediate/advanced user of Microsoft Excel

 

Nice to have

  • HTML / CSS proficiency
  • Project management experience
