Marketing Program Specialist
The Role:
The Marketing Program Specialist will work with our marketing programs, corporate marketing, field marketing and agency partners to deliver marketing campaigns within budget and on schedule. You will support marketing program planning and execution, and will closely monitor and optimize campaign performance in order to achieve pre-defined KPI targets. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering marketing programs that target our key audiences, working cross-functionally with teams inside and outside of marketing.

You’ve been delivering marketing campaigns on-time, on-budget, and on-plan for at least 3 years. You have experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and are excited by optimizing messaging, offers, channels, and creative to optimize lead generation performance. You have a working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, and leading marketing analytics tools.
