We are looking for an Marketing Analyst to join our growing Analytics team and provide support in generating reports and insights for all areas of the business. You will leverage your analytic skills, understanding of business drivers, and ability to interpret and manipulate data to provide high quality support and actionable insight to Marketing, Finance and other teams as required.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting business decisions through analytics projects designed to increase understanding of business drivers, improve performance and to optimize customer acquisition and retention
  • Work with our Marketing team to prepare detailed models to provide insight into and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within and across channels
  • Ownership of weekly and monthly reporting requirements
  • Build analytical tools and reports for use by self, team, and others in organization to ensure timely, consistent understanding of performance
  • Build models to deepen understanding and prediction of customer behavior and value
  • Ensure data being used is relevant to objectives and work to standardize criteria and metrics usage across company

Who we’re looking for

  • Highly numerate Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of statistical principles
  • 2-3 years’ experience working as an analyst demonstrating the use of data to make quantitative, business decisions
  • Strong analytical and technical skills – Excel (must be an expert), SQL, Python, Google Analytics or Omniture, BI and visualization tools
  • Experience of analyzing and manipulating large data sets across multiple data sources
  • Experience working with customer level data and large datasets
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple outputs
  • Desire to learn new technical skills and practice continuous personal development
  • Problem solver who demonstrates a drive for results
  • Drives projects with minimal guidance
