Our digital marketing team delivers best-in-class service and paid media to a diverse client base. The Performance Marketing Director drives excellent end-to-end client service by building strategic partnerships and executing complex ad campaigns to deliver on client KPIs. You'll have the opportunity to hone expert-level media skills across major media platforms while supporting pre-launch and early stage startups.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and building a team from the ground up. You're ready to act as a coach/player while we grow and scale our offering.
  • Expertly managing multi-million dollar budgets but also working with startup clients and smaller budgets 
  • Speaking confidently to clients about attribution, omni-channel strategy and customer journeys 
  • Providing and executing client services that drive new user acquisition and involve everything from media planning, and media strategy, to campaign creation, optimization, and reporting and insights discovery
  • Defining a testing agenda along with our partner managers and analyzing KPIs to boost performance and scale our clients' revenues fast
  • Recommending changes to websites and apps, offering pricing to improve conversion rates and reducing friction on the customer journey
  • Brainstorming and executing new ways to improve cost per acquisition and revenue numbers on Search advertising, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Amazon, and YouTube
  • Utilizing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, RJmetric, Mixpanel, etc. to develop insights and action items for increasing clients’ revenues month-to-month
  • Using information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done
  • Fostering growth, positivity, and respect among your teammates

Skills and qualities we look for:

  • 3+ years of management experience within paid digital advertising campaigns on Search, Social, Programmatic, and/or Amazon
  • Previous experience managing a team and hands-on experience running ads
  • Start up mindset, with the ability to effectively build internal processes
  • Solid experience with media planning, buying, and analysis with annual budgets exceeding $500k
  • Proficient with Excel: knowledge of pivot tables and creating formulas to simplify workflows
  • Passionate with a tireless drive to succeed 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to regularly hit delivery deadlines
