Celonis is seeking a results driven performance marketer who is highly analytical and has experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms efficiently and profitably. This role will be responsible for managing and executing all performance marketing across paid channels.
Responsibilities...
Execute & optimize paid demand campaigns across various channels including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Display, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Develop an effective, data-driven optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance.
Monitor & improve current keywords used in search ads to increase volume while maintaining a low CPA.
Proactively find new channels and growth opportunities.
Pull and analyze reports to evaluate performance, set and communicate CPA benchmarks, and translate insights into actionable changes.
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop a full-funnel marketing approach.

Requirements...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
- Experience running global demand campaigns in the B2B market at a tech company preferred
Google Analytics & Google Adwords certification
- Proven track record of conducting, synthesizing, and applying user insights
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
- Continuously improving programs using data-driven insights
- Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
