Retention Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and refine a retention strategy, based on data, measuring success and continuous testing/improvement
Build out email programs supporting acquisition and retention strategies (welcome, drip, re-engagement, upsell, etc.)
Business owner of and in-house expert on all things email -- in close collaboration with other marketing team members as well as Product and Technology
As a champion of customer satisfaction, ensure that consumers have an excellent ongoing experience from the point of joining the platform
Measure and monitor life-time value and increase the number of engagements and transactions for each user
Collaborate with the Acquisition Team to develop and refine effective customer segmentation strategies that inform both acquisition and retention campaigns
Requirements:
2-3 years retention marketing experience, 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with a marketplace or DTC company
Significant experience with managing all aspects of email programs, including platform vendors, campaign setup, testing/optimization
Demonstrated experience creating retention marketing campaigns that increase LTV and customer engagement
Experience with membership, refer-a-friend programs and other engagement strategies
Excellent communication and organizational skills under time constraints
