Group Nine Media is currently seeking a Sales Marketing Coordinator to support advertiser-driven marketing initiatives across Group Nine. The role will report to a senior marketing lead and will work with all Group Nine brands and teams, including advertising sales, media planning, audience insights, and the Content Studio (The Brand Shop). This individual must have complete knowledge of and passion for marketing and advertising; is comfortable with presentation work and creative writing; and is a proactive, enthusiastic self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for updating sales collateral including case studies, brand one-sheets, and general presentation stats
  • Responsible for executing turnkey (RFP) proposals
  • Helps to pull together presentations for advertiser media days
  • Assists with marketing reports & tracking presentation output

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing/advertising/publishing industries
  • Keynote, PowerPoint, and Photoshop skills are a +
  • Excellent communication skills & a meticulous eye for detail
  • Highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Hard-working and proactive
  • Team player with curiosity and drive; collaboration is key
  • The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of the Media sector
