We’ve experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and are looking for a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager to keep the momentum going. We are seeking someone who is passionate about growing a sales pipeline by optimizing our efforts across paid, organic, and all things digital marketing.

Working closely with our VP of Marketing, the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager will lead the charge at Hive to optimize our demand generation activities in order to generate more qualified leads. This role will have the opportunity to own a crucial part of our business and shape the future of Hive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage multiple acquisition campaigns including creative development, vendor management, and campaign analysis. 
• Oversee all paid acquisition channels including, but not limited to, SEM, Paid Social, Display, and Sponsorships 
• Identify new channels and areas of growth and run A/B tests and experiments as needed 
• Maintain a strong understanding of our marketing funnel, by channel, analyzing and reporting on current and forecasted performance on an ongoing basis to ensure we are meeting or exceeding goals 
• Develop and deploy SEO strategies, working closely with our Content Marketing Manager, to increase qualified organic search traffic 
• Drive website and digital optimization efforts, leveraging customer journey insights, customer segmentation, data, and analytics to drive recommendations to improve conversion rates and customer flows. 
• Work cross-functionally with sales teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high quality leads
• Constantly explore new opportunities such as emerging tech, new vendors and new platforms, proactively delivering recommendations to the team

Key Qualifications:

• 5-7 years managing B2B acquisition or demand generation. Startup or SaaS experience is a plus. 
• Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs, strong analytical skills, and experience in tracking and reporting on performance 
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization to drive organic search traffic 
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, or freelancers to execute on campaigns 
• Understanding of top marketing and sales tools including Google Analytics, Hubspot and Salesforce 
• Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced environment
