We’re a high energy, high growth SaaS company seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to join the Growth Marketing team. This person will have 3-5 years of customer marketing or demand generation experience, preferably in a B2B organization, and will play a key role in the Growth Marketing and Customer Experience teams. 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with customer marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation software and CRM (Marketo and Salesforce)
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing/sales funnel, and personas
  • Experience running customer enablement and success programs to drive engagement and account expansion
  • Knowledge of key Customer Experience KPIs
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to creating happy, successful customers, leading to future advocates and influencers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to execute on customer engagement programs from conception to reporting
  • Experience running webinars and/or online workshops
  • Success working with tight deadlines and turnaround times
  • Great writing and communication skills and an appetite to understand technical subject matter
  • Highly organized with tireless attention to detail
  • Ability to track projects and report on progress
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to aggregate data from multiple sources
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves as part of the team

Responsibilities

  • Concept, plan, execute and manage activities that drive customer engagement and be the ultimate owner of the customer marketing strategy
  • Establish a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and customer journey and develop a framework and playbook for different customer segments
  • Work with the Customer Experience team and Data team to refine customer segments and evolve specific segment attributes. 
  • Support the Customer Experience and Growth teams by organizing campaigns and webinars––from planning and logistics to content preparation and promotion
  • Play a key role in working with Sales and Customer Experience in identifying key accounts for expansion
  • Apply a demand gen mindset and methodology for account scoring and lead flow for upsell opps
  • Cultivate a dotted-line directional relationship with Customer Experience leadership
  • Work with Sales and Customer Experience to convert marketing-qualified accounts to opportunity and upsell
  • Manage direct mail sends in Sendoso, from list creation to execution
  • Work with marketing operations on tracking campaign ROI
  • Write compelling copy for customer email campaigns, paid ads, and landing pages
  • Organize digital materials to enable internal teams with easy access
  • Coordinate with demand gen to support ABM campaigns and ADR alignment
  • Continuously learn about our product, users, and community, and support customer marketing programs
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas with content, digital and demand gen team members
