Senior Influencer Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in the influencer marketing strategy for Grailed. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and owning influencer and talent partnerships with the goal of growing our user base. You will collaborate with our Content, Creative and Brand Activations teams and be at the forefront of boosting brand awareness. You will report to the Director of Partnerships in our New York City office.
As a Senior Influencer Marketing Associate, you will:
- Manage an existing pipeline of influencer partnerships, and schedule content rich campaigns to hit weekly and monthly KPIs
- Analyze campaign performance and take a data driven approach to managing campaigns and deriving insights on strategy and performance
- Build out tests to prove out hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
- Report on key metrics for review by the team; including engagement, clicks, number of posts, and the number of creators we’ve partnered with
- Assist the team with the upkeep of campaigns by placing influencer orders, creating unique links and codes for performing tracking, putting together contracts, and submitting invoices for payment
The following might describe you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant area of study
- 2-4 years of experience at a startup or agency with a focus on project management or coordination in media buying or digital marketing - performance or influencer marketing is a plus!
- Strong Excel competency, and comfortable working with complex data and with analytics stakeholders
- A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven marketing
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
- Performance driven - KPIs motivate you, but you don’t risk brand integrity to hit goals
- Knowledgeable of all major social platforms; strong knowledge of influencer marketing and its latest trends
- Comfortable moving at a start-up pace (FAST!), and confident, outgoing and persistent with follow-ups
