About the role:

Serial Box is looking for a data-driven lifecycle marketer to lead lifecycle campaigns and strategy. We’re in high-growth mode and this role will be responsible for ensuring that every Serial Box user receives the right message at the right time.

What you’ll do:

• PRIORITIZE and EXECUTE: prioritize and execute all manual and triggered lifecycle marketing efforts, including onboarding, up-selling, and win-back campaigns
• EMAIL and PUSH: ideate, deploy, and report on all email and push notifications across the entire user journey
• MANAGE: manage our CRM, landing page, and conversion rate optimization efforts
• COLLAB: work with our content, marketing, product, in-house creative, and tech teams to launch the best creative on the planet

Job requirements

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of experience marketing for a direct-to-consumer company
• You have worked with platforms like Sendgrid, Braze, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely, and Firebase
• You self-identify with our core audience--or, at least, deeply understand them
• You have a knack for figuring out where your audiences live and going after them
