Work you’ll do
- Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
- Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
- Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
- Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience
- 10+ years of experience leading large scale digital marketing projects
- Experience leading large sized teams (on and offshore) and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
- Experience with large full lifecycle implementations
- Experience with large SCRUM-based agile – based implementations
- Strong understanding of and familiarity with the marketing technology landscape, including
- Web Content Management systems and vendors
- Online Analytics systems and vendors
- Marketing Data systems and vendors
- Marketing Automation systems and vendors
- Marketing Operations systems and vendors
- Experience with multiple solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Campaign, Ad Cloud)
- Experience defining strategy and implementation marketing technology solutions based on Adobe technologies and other competitive technologies, such as those from the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, IBM, and others
- Experience defining and delivering solutions that include marketing technology and adjacencies such as e-Commerce, Ad media management, Lead Management, etc.
- Strong command of functional aspects of marketing and marketing trends
- Willingness to travel 80 – 100% of the time
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Advertising is preferred, or equivalent work experience
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities-must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friend language
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
