Role Overview and Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, Global Paid Advertising at UiPath will be responsible for the coordination and execution of global paid digital advertising campaigns. This role is highly communicative, requiring correspondence with global vendors and internal stakeholders, while operating with the objective to develop and implement a best-in-class paid media marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate should be a savvy, detail-oriented digital marketer, comfortable with budget management, standard ticketing and approval processes, and juggling competing priorities. This is an exciting, fast-growing, and high-pressure environment, in which adaptability serves as a strong asset. Knowledge of geographic nuances is also helpful, as this person works closely with the regional teams for campaign implementation.

In this position, the Senior Manager, Global Paid Advertising will:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and media buys, with attention to company goals, industry best practices, and KPI’s.
  • Communicate with analytics managers on technical implementation, verifying that every initiative is properly tracked and integrated with third-party marketing tools.
  • Interface with vendors (i.e. Google, agencies) and team members to appropriately manage resources, timelines for execution, and performance expectations.
  • Work with marketing managers on a per-region basis to ensure that UiPath marketing strategy is adapted to suit unique regional behaviors, interests, and needs.
  • Contribute to continuous ad and audience testing, applying key behavioral takeaways to optimize UiPath campaigns and establish account best practices.
  • Employ tactics for optimal budget distribution between campaigns and geographic locations, based on company goals and areas of opportunity.
  • Leverage funnel data from Salesforce for qualitative analysis; use information to develop targeted strategies for interacting with audiences at different stages of the funnel.
  • Assemble and present proposals for ad spend, channels, team resources, and digital marketing tools, including close collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Communicate with other teams to ensure continuity of brand messaging and value propositions across marketing mediums.
  • May occasionally require hands-on contributions to the research and setup of paid campaigns.

Required Experience:

  • Hands-on management of paid search and paid social campaigns within B2B tech (Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and yield results.
  • Experience interfacing with agencies within the regions of management.
  • Leadership experience within a company, with a history of establishing internal processes and systems for documentation. 
  • A demonstrable understanding of cause and effect with respect to business metrics, and proven management of budgets on a large scale.
  • Experience performing in a high-pressure role with competing priorities.
  • A history of communicating with marketing teams and vendors to translate ads into several different languages and regional dialects, while preserving the core message.
  • A record of collaborating with team leaders across other marketing mediums to execute a comprehensive strategy across initiatives.
  • Use of CRM software for qualitative lead analysis, consistently looping in the appropriate team members to communicate marketing insights to a sales team.
  • The ability to create full funnel reporting with proper attribution to tie campaign performance through to revenue generation
  • Exposure to technical implementation of conversion tracking, with a high-level understanding of the moving parts.
  • The ability to utilize tools like Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, HotJar and Optimizely for tracking and testing
  • Knowledge of UX and best practices for multivariate testing, with the ability to provide actionable insights into audience behaviors.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce and its integrations with marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with statistical analysis of marketing initiatives, or a history of collaboration with data scientists for statistical analysis.
  • ABM, programmatic, and media buying experience.
  • Previous exposure to the competitive landscape for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the digital marketing space.
  • Experience working with teams in many different time zones.
