about the role:


We’re looking for an analytical and creative individual who can lead and expand our conversion rate optimization (CRO) marketing efforts via lifecycle and CRM marketing.

 

Your team will own the lifecycle and CRM marketing – from creating the strategy, partnering with brand & design on asset creation, launching the campaigns, managing the platforms and reporting insights - as well as testing plans & exploring new channels.

what you'll do:

  • Manage and help grow a best-in-class team of CRM marketers, hiring, optimizing organizational structure and providing strategic coaching
  • Responsible for clear and ambitious plans: objectives, key performance indicators, and vision.
  • Analyze and report on CRM performance (ex. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.)
  • Determine the best channel mix and go-to-market strategies to meet high scale and low cost customers – identifying and solving bottlenecks in the use conversion journey.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, brand/consumer/creator marketing and business intelligence to cascade marketing objectives, improve performance, channel mix and evolve creative messaging. 
  • Develop & execute experimentation plans and testing framework that evolve our automation flows, calendared CRM, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Directly build and deploy emails, push notifications, SMS messages, and in app notifications in the CRM platforms.

about you:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Mobile app marketing experience is a must.
  • Expertise in CRM HTML is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years dedicated to CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in high growth stage companies, preferably in the tech or fintech spaces. 
  • Based in NY or willing to relocate, this is an in-person opportunity in our NYC office.
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing direct reports and hiring.
  • Direct experience with CRM and CDP platforms. Experience with Iterable and Segment is a plus.
  • Ability to query and analyze performance data. Experience with Looker, Branch, and Google Marketing Suite are a plus.
  • Obsessed with being consumer first - understanding user behavior, pop culture, and trends.
  • Experience running result-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing total scale of new users, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition cost.
  • You’re a leader who isn’t afraid to roll with crazy ideas. We’re not cookie cutter people ;) Quick to learn and adapt to overcome challenges. We move fast and change fast.
