Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing, Reporting & Analytics
Here at Tapestry, we recently created a new Center of Excellence in Digital Marketing. In growing the team, we are adding some select people with solid skills to help us with our amazing digital growth. They will also help us create the approaches and processes that will make the Center work incredibly well. As such, we are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to handle Reporting, Analytics and full Digital Marketing.
This role will be responsible for creation, management and monitoring of reporting to fuel the growth of Tapestry's brands (Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman). And will participate on the digital marketing team to continue to build our global digital properties. As part of this newly-formed Tapestry Digital Center of Excellence, they will deliver solutions, information, insight, and recommendations to optimize Tapestry's digital business, while supporting a data-driven culture. This leader will also be the champion for how data and analytics transform the way we work , the way we engage with our customers, and the way we drive business value.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Digital Marketing to...
- Measure, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators for performance marketing channels
- Develop and execute measurement and reporting which accurately reflects business results and informs future decisions
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity
- Design effective and impactful reports/visualizations for business and technical audiences
- Partner with Brand and broader COE teams to capture measurement and analytics requirements for business success
- Identify opportunities for site &marketing optimization based on web analytics data
- Troubleshoot analytics tracking concerns and tag/pixel implementation in partnership with cross functional partners
- Gather and define COE requirements for needed tools & reporting, developing a pipeline for continued enhancements
The accomplished individual will possess...
- 5 or more years of web and digital marketing experience, with solid analysis skills
- Hands-on, advanced skills with Google Analytics and data visualization tools, ideally Tableau, is required.
- Experience with BigQuery and SQL is a strong plus
- Outstanding attention to detail and a focus on driving revenue
- Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
- Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner, self-driven, natural curiosity, and enthusiasm for data science
