Your Impact on our Mission
We’re building a world class Marketing team at Zocdoc -- and we’re growing fast! As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating new marketing programs for our Enterprise business, helping us define strategy, execute campaigns, and measure impact. The ideal candidate is both experienced marketing to enterprise audiences and enthusiastic about building successful programs from the ground up. Reporting to the head of Provider Marketing, this role will collaborate closely with partners in Sales and Product Marketing to align on the right goals and tactics, set up baseline tracking/measurement, test various approaches (which may include both 1:many and ABM-style campaigns) and run the daily operations of the marketing program as it grows. It’s a great opportunity for a hands-on marketer to make a big impact on a key and highly visible part of the business.

Your day to day is...
- Collaborating closely with Sales to align marketing campaigns with overall new business strategy
- Establishing measurable marketing outcomes, baseline metrics, tracking processes and reporting cadences.
- Communicating marketing performance and impact, understanding key metrics and dashboards, and delivering ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Owning daily operations as programs mature - managing deliverables, identifying bottlenecks, and staying one step ahead of marketing calendars
- Working with internal teams (including Creative, Content, Email Marketing, Engineering, and Product Marketing) to identify needs and deliver key campaign assets.
- Staying current on the latest trends in enterprise marketing - educatint yourself and the team on best practices, new technology, and fresh approaches
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise marketing campaigns (experience with healthcare industry a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a high-growth environment.

Return to Office
The safety and health of our team members is our top priority. As local case numbers and regulations allow, our NYC office will be accessible to all fully vaccinated employees five days a week, though working in-office remains completely voluntary; everyone is invited but nobody is required to work in the office.
