About you:

• Writing experience — 2-4 years
• Capable of working on multiple simultaneous projects in different areas of the organization
• Skilled with online and print layouts
• Able to communicate with internal and external users of different expertises and skill levels, combining their experiences into new collateral
• Familiar with different online delivery mechanisms
• Technical skills ideal — code for publishing (HTML, CSS, LaTeX/XeTeX, DITA, XML, etc.), documentation creation application knowledge, high-level coding comprehension (Java, Scala, API usage, etc.)

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for product-focused documentation efforts within the company.
• Review current documentation and aligning the content to current strategic goals, creating documentation when required to meet those goals.
• Organize internal information stores.
• Create sales-focused collateral, translating esoteric technical specifications into operational benefits for an executive-level audience.
