The Role:

You are ready to lead a social media marketing team that manages B2B, B2C, and influencer audiences. You will be responsible for establishing the Daily Pay brand voice and values across our social media accounts and helping your team prioritize content origination, community management, and measurement. 

As a Social Media expert, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Strategic direction across all social media to ensure our brand generates awareness and positive perceptions aligned with our target audiences and business goals
  • Create and manage the influencers strategy & management of influencers firm
  • Research target audience preferences and current trends 
  • Guide the team to create, publish, and share original content
  • Step in as needed to help the team communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer feedback and reviews
  • Set specific objectives, track performance, and measure and report on social media initiatives + strategies and be able to communicate what that means to people who don’t know
  • Collaborate with other Daily Pay teams, including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure brand consistency

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 7+ years experience as a digital marketing professional, with a specialty in social media
  • Experience leading a social media team 
  • Proficiency in many social media platforms
  • Success as a social media manager for a start up or brand
  • Passion for fin-tech
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Excellent copywriting skills & visual editing skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through – you enjoy multitasking and have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and results oriented
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
