Conductor is looking for a passionate Demand Generation expert to support the growth of the business. The Sr. Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for planning and executing a successful multi-channel go-to-market strategy to drive Inbound interest to grow and accelerate the pipeline. 

A successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the B2B demand generation funnel with a focus on campaign ROI. The ideal candidate has experience in ABM, events, webinars, email, paid media, social media, and content. 

We are seeking a candidate who has excellent leadership, communication and project management skills, a passion for driving leads, and strong written, strategic, and organizational skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a growing demand generation team, including recruiting and coaching
  • Own the development of an integrated campaign strategy across all marketing channels including paid acquisition, email, and field events to generate demand and inbound pipeline
  • Manage towards quantifiable goals like LTV/CAC, ROI, and sourced pipeline 
  • Own the demand generation programs budget and effectively prioritize spend towards the highest return activities
  • Consistently analyze the performance of acquisition channels and our strategy as a whole to provide insights and flag areas of opportunity across the funnel
  • Collaborate and coordinate with global teams to deliver results, including content, design, sales and revenue operations

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a SaaS B2B demand generation or growth marketing role with at least 3 years managing a team.
  • Outstanding knowledge of a modern marketing tech stack including marketing automation (we use Marketo), Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • A proven track record of impacting the sales pipeline by delivering MQL through inbound, outbound, and nurture efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investment
  • Global experience in digital demand generation across geographic regions highly preferred
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and manage many projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • A strong self-starter who is willing to make their mark in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a team player - Low ego, low maintenance, no job too big or small.
