AdHawk is looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our marketing team. You have found success using an analytical, data-driven approach to testing new ideas, optimizing current tactics, and staying current on the latest technologies and trends in performance marketing.Our ideal candidate has an extensive B2B/SaaS marketing background and has experience managing a variety of lead-driven projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase top of funnel lead acquisition
  • Set current and long-term goals for the marketing team
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Track, measure and optimize channel mix, budget allocation, and marketing spend
  • Partner with the Sales, Client Success, and Product and Engineering teams to ensure that all campaigns and projects are aligned and consistent
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Forecast hiring needs for the marketing department
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing or Marketing Director for B2B/SaaS companiesDemonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of communicating a vision and roadmap along with the resourcing needs to achieve it
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Deep knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads a plus
