Job Description

This role will be the first dedicated internal IT employee in the US and will be reporting to our IT team at our HQ in Munich. You will be based out of our NYC office and also responsible for supporting all regional offices and remote employees in the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all IT assets for the US
• ...Run and optimize IT and networks for Celonis US employees including laptops, printers, network components, backups, hard- and software rollouts
• Manage IT help-desk and provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Mac and Windows endpoints
• Assist on-boarding and training new employees on IT systems
• Document relevant topics
• Work actively on IT projects that include creating new tools and solutions to contribute to Celonis long term goals
• Manage cloud and on-prem user and permission administration.
• Provide support for facility hardware such as phones and video conference hardware (specifically Zoom Rooms).
• Asset and software license management.
• Update and add new documentation for our employees in our knowledge base, workflows, and playbooks.
