Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can build strategies, implement, track and optimize Paid social, Programmatic, Display channels.
You will work closely with our Sr. Performance Marketing Manager and help with scaling across multiple channels. With your excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to maintain partnerships with external vendors. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage priorities, maintain pace and quality, and bring clarity to the multi-channel digital process. By growing our top and bottom funnel, and building out new campaigns, you will directly contribute to our company’s growth goals.
This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create messaging, optimizations and creative strategies using best practices and learnings across different acquisition channels
- Collaborate with PMM, Product and data teams to get a deeper understanding of existing MoneyLion users and use these insights to create new user acquisition strategies
- Work with creative teams to develop multiple messaging and creative strategies using research on competitors, other industries and social media trends
- Efficiently act as a project manager and liaison between legal team and creative teams
- Use analytics tools to set up tracking / reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics
- Monitor data signals and work with the data analytics team to understand campaign measurement, tracking and attribution Web/Mobile App.
- Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvements
- Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
- Handle multiple priorities, creative projects across marketing teams
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing channels
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
- Knowledge of and experience working with paid social channels like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
- Successfully built and scaled one of the paid social channels with an understanding of platform basics like campaign types, spend pacing, event optimizations and creative fatigue
- Experience building creative and messaging strategies based on platform and creator/influencers trends
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis in to insights and strategies
- Data driven and analytical, in assessing campaign performance, identifying consumer behavior, creative opportunities and managing cost per acquisition targets
- Self-starter and innovative with a drive to build impactful campaigns
- Ability to work both independently and co-operatively in a fast-paced environment
- Well-rounded and passionate about learning more, especially other areas of customer acquisition and marketing
- Excellent Excel skills familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups is a plus
The annual base salary for the Performance Marketing Specialist is expected to be between $60,000 to $75,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
