Platform Operations team members span both business needs and technology skills. Our team is at the center of running an online programmatic ad-buying platform, working with all groups within the company. We work on the most complex aspects of the platform, bridging sales, customer service, product and engineering. This team also manages all of our integrated supply and data provider relationships, handles custom integrations and oversees most other functions that straddle business and technical. Responsibilities within this team include a wide variety of tasks and daily collaboration with other teams & companies. Platform Operations is the ideal place for someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced growth environment, has a passion for working with technology, and enjoys variety in their work.


You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, making data-driven decisions about fraud and quality, communicating with our integrated supply and data partners to ensure smooth functioning of our integrations, and solving a variety of other complex technical challenges. You will also be interacting with our customer-facing teams to provide them with the assistance associated with supply & data integrations, fraud, ad quality etc. as necessary to empower our users for success.


  • Querying, extracting, and analyzing data from multiple database technologies (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MySQL, and Snowflake) to complex business and technical problems
  • Detecting and addressing fraudulent activity by using statistical techniques to analyze hundreds of millions of daily events
  • Configuring and deploying audience and contextual data segments; maintaining data taxonomy quality
  • Monitoring and improving the health of our DSP’s integrations
  • Improving business processes through automation
  • Answering incoming queries from Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams about technical issues, inventory partners, and data partners
  • Completing other Platform Operations tasks as assigned


  • 3+ years’ experience working in an online-centric business. Advertising technology experience preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to process and analyze large datasets using tools like SQL and Excel.
  • Knowledge of HTML, HTTP, TCP/IP and other Internet technologies
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting, such as in R, Python or Bash scripts
  • Resourceful and self-reliant; a strong self-teacher with a passion for learning.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex software applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to clearly explain complex technical subjects.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Field of study related to data science, mathematics, or computer science preferred
