About the role:

This role requires a desire to endlessly pursue operational excellence and an ability to execute. You’ll deliver tools that empower your coworkers to excel at their jobs and complement our product in offering a world-class experience to clients and partners. This role is cross-functional — and we really mean it. You’ll partner with data and engineering, and you’ll work with operational stakeholders across the company, including executives. Your coworkers will be your customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Define our operational vision and set clear and audacious goals
  • Leverage technology and process design to achieve operational excellence. You’ll deliver products when necessary and integrate external systems with our product and existing softwares
  • Lead internal product initiatives. Partner with technical team leads to deliver projects against ambitious timelines. Conduct analyses to inform product decisions and future developments
  • Develop and execute rollout, training, and implementation plans in close coordination with stakeholders to ensure they are adopted smoothly
  • Document needs and pain points of operations in order to further business goals
  • Own the launch, success criteria, and support plan of the solutions you prioritize
  • Support product managers in connecting user-facing features to our internal operations
  • Conduct customer interviews with internal stakeholders


About you:

  • A personable executor who seeks to own problems, not merely the tasks meant to fix them
  • You communicate fearlessly and succeed in creating buy-in for your operational vision with key stakeholders
  • When you encounter something you don't understand, your first instinct is to try to figure out, and your second instinct is to not give up when it doesn't come easily
  • You don't like to drop work in people’s lap without first doing portions of the work yourself
  • You have an affinity towards technology, you know how to leverage the right tools for the problems at hand

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience of successfully leading and implementing complex projects
  • Strong preference to Product and Operational experience
