Cherre provides investors, insurers, brokers and other large enterprises with a platform to collect, resolve, and augment real estate data from thousands of public, private, and internal sources. By providing a “single source of truth,” we empower companies to evaluate opportunities and trends faster and more accurately, while saving them millions of dollars in manual data collection and analytics costs.

You will create data driven products used by our customers who are large institutions in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate. They use our data and analytics as the foundation of their business and risk management processes. You need to be comfortable navigating strategic conversations across Strategy, Technology, Data while also being able to dive into data and the associated support or documentation tasks using languages such as SQL and Python.

You will

• Own a roadmap and be responsible for business, functional and technical requirements, with associated documentation
• Assist with process improvements around delivery
• Take the overwhelming customer demand and turn it into scalable, repeatable and profitable deliverables
• Have to say no more than you say yes
• Get extremely hands-on evaluating data and sometimes even joining tables

You are

• Strategic
• Conversant about technology and understand the effort required to deliver enterprise grade platforms, with a focus on data quality
• Comfortable working at a high level, down to the lowest levels including writing JIRA tickets and providing support if necessary

Strong Candidates Will Have

• Experience building data analytics and APIs/SDKs
• Domain experience Real Estate
• Software or Data Engineering experience
