Role:
As Director of Product Management for Easel, your goal is to build a world class product management team to build out products that meet the new digital needs of teachers. As a customer-centric leader, you will identify problems and product opportunities that TpT can solve for teachers in the new world of in-school, remote and hybrid learning. You will craft a product vision, drive execution, and unlock the leadership potential of your teammates. As a Director, you are focused on solving problems across product teams, and helping build the culture of TpT.
Responsibilities:
- Build product vision, strategy and roadmap for Easel products with a customer-centric obsession that solve real problems for educators and students
- Communicate clearly and compellingly to the entire company and external audiences
- Build a team culture of high performance that leads to superior execution and impact
- Attract, hire, train, and retain top talent
- Provide regular feedback and career development opportunities to team members
- Partner with CPO and leadership team to align product vision and execution to broader organizational strategy
- Partner and communicate with other senior leaders across teams to consistently meet organizational goals and commitments
Requirements
- BA/BS required
- 8+ years of product experience
- 2+ years managing product teams
- Demonstrated track record of success as a PM leader
- Ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
