Knotel is seeking a Head of Product to define and drive our product strategy and vision. Reporting directly to our COO, s/he will oversee all facets of product development with the end goal of evolving and advancing the consumer experience while maintaining a cohesive product vision that transcends the boundary between physical and digital.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and champion a coherent product vision and execution strategy
- Lead Knotel’s Product team through all stages of the product roadmap from conception to launch including discovery, user research, development, testing and GTM strategy
- Collaborate closely with executives and leaders across the company to understand business needs and influence decision-making
- Prioritize resources and projects to maximize our growth.

You’re an expert product leader and visionary. You appreciate that “done” is better than “perfect” and find entrepreneurial ways to persevere through obstacles. You operate cross-functionally, but still move fast accomplish goals.You believe in the vision of Knotel while striving for continuous and ongoing product improvements to build the best physical and digital experiences for our members. You also have the following:
- 7-10 years of product management experience shipping innovative consumer-facing products with strong design sensibility, and 2+ years of experience managing product teams that require heavy cross-functional collaborations
- Great design instincts and product taste
- Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making
- Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts and work closely with engineers
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment.
