Working alongside our Associate Director, Product, the Product Analyst, R&D will be charged with a lot of exciting and creative product technical/marketing fit research, analysis and prototyping. They will provide frontier insights and strategical thinking in the digital assets industry while performing researches on Paxful's current product scope align with the intention of the market from a product person's prospective. Paxful’s team embraces customer focus, tenacious problem-solving, collaboration, and the Product Analyst, R&D will contribute to this culture while pushing us to innovate and do our best work.
What You’ll Do
- Research the existing internal products and competitor products.
- Bring new ideations to the organization based on the market insights and data driven.
- Participate in product analysis, product improvement, optimization and release planning, owning the product strategy with Head of Product
- Based on product strategy roadmap, collaborate with multiple teams to clarify the value proposition and deliverables
- Daily collaboration with UI/UX, product and business team, rollout insights and prototyping to the organization.
Who You Are
- You're a quick learner, self-starter that has excellent sense of product and UI beautifulness, as well as a professional communication and presentation skills to collaborate with both engineering and business teams.
- You have hands on experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, researchers, and product teams and have a passion for writing documentations
- Your experience working with digital assets, fin-tech, gift cards/e-gift cards or AI industry allows you to have an understanding of the deep tech behind the scenes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in research or analytics space - product, business or marketing, in the technology or financial industry.
- Experience in consumer-facing experiences on web and mobile, development or analytics.
- Strong experience in visualization tools - MS suite, GA, Tableau, Segment, etc.
- Knowledge or understanding in blockchain and token economy industry is a huge plus.
