About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data Analytics team to help drive data-driven decisions for Rho's core product experience. You'll work at the intersection of data and product strategy, owning multiple areas to uncover actionable insights and make high-impact recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Make actionable recommendations about product strategy and prioritization based on a deep understanding of customer engagement and behavior. 
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop and drive key metrics, and set strategy across multiple product areas
• Generate insights by conducting analysis across feature launches and A/B tests; build dashboards in BI tools such as Looker to answer key business questions
• Diagnose and optimize data quality issues to improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability across systems & internal processes. 
• Build analytical data tables in Snowflake and Looker and work with Data Engineers to develop new data 
• Evangelize product data across the company, building excitement around metrics and insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a quantitative role, e.g analytics, consulting, data science, or an equivalent analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Looker or others
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to distill complex analysis into concise takeaways

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $130,000- $150,000. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
