WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Complete data analysis to develop business and product recommendations.
• Create models and frameworks, uncover insights otherwise buried in raw data, and automate reporting solutions.
• Build and execute A/B test plans to determine how new features change user behavior leveraging proprietary tools, SQL, and statistical models.
• Collaborate internally across product and operations to generate new ideas, drive business decision making, and automate certain functions.
• Conduct partner, merchant, and customer analysis across various KPIs and different channels.
• Manage documentation and maintain the details of complex projects without losing focus of the big picture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-3+ years of experience in analytical roles; Advanced SQL & Excel a plus
• Experience in data mining, cohort analysis, and strong knowledge of quantitative methods (statistics, machine learning, etc.)
• Desire to drive business objectives through quantitative / predictive work
• Ability to synthesize and convey learnings to others to drive product roadmap and business priorities
• Inquisitive and problem-solving first approach, with a strong intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn.
• Team player first and foremost; strong collaborative approach (egos not required) while maintaining a level of self-starter mentality with a get-it-done approach
