We are looking for a product manager to lead the prioritization and product management of our growth engineering team. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative and has a passion to change the world by building and growing great products. This role is strategic as well as hands-on.

Reporting to the VP of Product, this role is responsible for understanding and driving the end-to-end funnel of subscription growth. You’ll apply your growth mindset to our product and marketing properties, and collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, customer care, and marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who is quantitative and experiment-driven, and has a high level of intuition and judgement around user experience and technical architecture to drive successful initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Growth development roadmap and product backlog based on stakeholder input and alignment with company growth strategy
• Organize day-to-day communication, planning, specifications, and documentation around the delivery of new growth initiatives
• Work closely with our Growth pod engineers, designers, executives, and the Growth & Marketing team to ship well-executed features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to multi-task and interact with many customers
• Experience managing projects through the entire software development lifecycle
• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience at a SaaS software company with experience in:
• Requirements gathering and roadmap planning based on stakeholder input
• Writing requirements and Agile Stories
• A/B testing and experiment-driven product development
• Competitive analysis
• Running customer programs such as betas, workshops etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading growth and marketing technology teams
• Background in design, engineering, or marketing
