What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a product manager with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about building products that delight users. The ideal candidate has a bias for action, deep empathy for the end-user, and can lead a team of engineers and designers to build quality products in a scrappy way. This role will focus on our Guest-facing product family which includes products that communicate the Domio brand and facilitate the customer journey from pre-booking all the way through to post-stay through leveraging technology.

At Domio You Will:

• Own various guest-facing products, define the North Star for our guest experience, and drive ambitious roadmaps
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers and designers
• Ruthlessly prioritize with little guidance
• Use data to inform product decisions, define success metrics and measure impact

Who You Are:

• A self-starter, able to influence without authority, with a knack for moving the team forward
• Minimum 1 year of product management experience
• Experience creating product strategies, driving roadmaps, and bringing features from ideation to launch
• Experience managing the day-to-day of Agile teams and collaborating with engineers and designers
• Knowledge of fundamental UX/UI and software development principles
• Experience with SQL, experimentation, and analytics a plus
