What We're Looking For: 

We are seeking a product manager with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about building products that delight users. The ideal candidate has a technical background and a bias for action. They can lead a team of engineers and designers to build quality products in a scrappy way. This role will focus on our Internal Product family which includes innovative products to facilitate the workflow and needs of our vertically integrated team.

At Domio You Will:

• Define the vision for how technology can enable our business to run more efficiently
• Own various technical internal products and drive ambitious roadmaps
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers and designers
• Ruthlessly prioritize with little guidance
• Use data to inform product decisions, define success metrics and measure impact

Who You Are:

• A self-starter, able to influence without authority, with a knack for moving the team forward
• Minimum 1 year of product management experience, ideally in B2B or internal tools
• Experience creating product strategies, driving roadmaps, and bringing features from ideation to launch
• Experience managing the day-to-day of Agile teams and collaborating with engineers and designers
• Deep experience with SQL, experimentation, and analytics
• Knowledge of fundamental UX/UI and software development principles
• CS degree or background
