About the role

Dubsmash is seeking a Mobile Product Manager who will be responsible for executing the mobile product roadmap across both iOS and Android to build amazing content experiences for our users.

What you'll do

• Carry out features on the mobile product roadmap, which will align with the long-term vision of the company, while delivering an immediate impact on targeted business objectives and user experiences
• Solve unique product problems incorporating user feedback, data, and other inputs to create amazing user experiences, while considering goals, UX best practices, and ease of implementation
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and features from concept through delivery including drafting workflows and requirements, communicating and coordinating features with relevant stakeholders, A/B testing and QA
• Work with engineering teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources accordingly, within an agile development framework
• Measure and report on product feature adoption and impact, using data and insights you gather to recommend feature enhancements and other improvements to grow our products

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience with mobile product management experience within an agile environment 
• Bachelor of Science or above with a technical focus such as Computer Science or Engineering
• Extensive experience incorporating lean UX principles into the product development process with demonstrated success
• Sound judgment; making product decisions based on best available qualitative and quantitative user feedback, and creates data where it hadn’t previously existed
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written
• Creative problem solver with the ability to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
• A proven track record of planning and shipping successful products
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; test, learn and grow mentality; team player; not afraid to get hands dirty and do what it takes to ensure success
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and calm in the face of the changing priorities of a start-up - and you love being the center of the action!
