What we look for:

 

The team is seeking a Product Manager in a cross-functional role supporting the platform’s leasing, marketing, finance, and operational capabilities. This role calls for both technical capability, business understanding, operational support, and strategic project work to support our clients in a vibrant and demanding environment.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Subject matter expert with HubSpot CRM tool 
  • Act as a subject expert for related software in the platform of cloud applications
  • Responsible for managing the setup, support, and growth of the platform.
  • Lead platform expansion across all functions including Leasing, marketing, operations, construction & finance
  • Partner with a team to develop new products and offerings, leveraging our technology platform.
  • Oversee and manage projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery of business value
  • Manage and liaise with 3rd party vendors to ensure that applications are properly supported
  • Understand, recognize and coordinate the handling of urgent application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that our members depend on
  • Serve as an escalation point for the resolution of incidents and problems where necessary
  • Strategizing product vision and defining the roadmap

 

Position Requirements:

 

  • B.S or B.A. with at least 4-6 years of experience in information systems, engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 of those years of experience should be leading a team.
  • Experience working with a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, product managers, designers, etc
  • Must have experience deploying a CRM across an organization
  • Must have experience with HubSpot 
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically
  • Creative problem solver
  • Demonstrated record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of efficient documentation
  • Ability to multi-task across different functions and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and deadlines
  • Ability to investigate and diagnose problems, determine the root cause, and provide solutions to eliminate
  • Strong expertise in BI tools including Tableau, ETL, Data Warehousing, other BI tools
  • Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
  • Strong understanding of data collection, extraction and analysis
  • Strong expertise in SaaS products include CRM, ERPs and mobile apps
  • Strong expertise in frameworks, databases , libraries (jQuery) and programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript, SQL, etc
