As a Technical Product Manager, you will working alongside our product, engineering, and operations team and report to the VP of Product. You will have autonomy over our internal tools to build a unified global management platform that powers the many different internal facets of the company. This includes building out systems for property management, inventory tracking, on-boarding, and guest communications. You will have a lot of autonomy and influence on the product and technical direction and the ability to work on greenfield projects.
At Domio You Will:
- Create and own the product vision and strategic direction for Domio's internal tools platform.
- Work closely with our world-class engineering, analytics, and design teams to regularly ship products that people love using.
- Develop technical fluency and industry knowledge of property management systems, customer relationship management tools, real estate pipelines, and related systems required to develop a global management platform.
- Internalize and deeply understand Domio's mission and strategies.
- Combine product creativity with thoughtful experimentation and iteration to find the ideas that resonate with users.
- Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products, and feed learnings back into the development process.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a wide range of audiences, from internal stakeholders to all Domio employees.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced technology companies.
- Strong technical acumen with an ability to evaluate and understand technology solutions.
- Excited about building a platform and have previously shipped internal tools used to efficiently scale a high-growth company.
- Experience balancing multiple stakeholders at different levels and making decisions required to ship products.
- Proven capability to entirely own complex problems and deliver results regardless of impediments and resourcing.
- Ability to think at a strategic level and to dive into details.
- Strong usability and product instincts; you can quickly identify challenges and opportunities with a given feature design.
- Experience leading cross functional teams to maximize impact of and fully operationalize new product and feature launches to the entire organization.
- Experience using analytical tools (Looker, Tableau, SQL) to derive insights and make data driven decisions.
