Role:

One Night is looking for a Product Manager to join our team based in DUMBO, Brooklyn. As a Product Manager you'll be responsible for strategizing, developing, communicating and executing on our product roadmap and vision for One Night going forward. 

About us:

In September 2016, One Night launched a last-minute hotel booking app offering a curated list of independent hotels at the lowest rates. Today, One Night is operating in 19 cities with over 200 experientially-driven hotels. Incubated by The Standard Hotels, a pioneer in the boutique hotel industry, One Night was created to be the most trusted distribution channel for both hotels and travelers alike. In its next iteration, One Night will capitalize on its growing network of hotel partners and customers to launch an innovative platform to produce the next generation of travel agents. 

What you’ll do: 

• Help create the vision and articulate the short and long-term strategy for our products, and use your domain experience to develop detailed product roadmaps.
• Coordinate among internal partners, including executive leadership, engineering, design and marketing, to guide prioritization and to ensure that product development is focused and impactful.
• Direct a fast-moving and dynamic team towards on-time, in-scope deliverables.
• Execute and built high quality, innovative products.
• Understand and represent end users.
• Own our KPI’s and reporting metrics and be prepared to discuss and guide growth objectives.

What we’re looking for:

• You have 4-7 years’ product experience, including demonstrated experience launching and developing new products.
• You can coordinate cross functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations.
• You can define, track and report product KPIs that inform product decisions and measure success.
• You have superior communication skills, and you are a skilled organizer.
• You have the ability to weigh (and weigh in on) competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunities, all while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
