We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to play a crucial role in developing and executing the BentoBox roadmap. Reporting to the VP of Product, this individual will take on two business critical roles across core product and growth: (1) building tools in the CMS to help restaurants drive diner acquisition and retention, and (2) driving customer growth and LTV in collaboration with the growth marketing team. In this joint core product and growth role, this PM will work to bring value-driving product enhancements and conversion-focused experiences from ideation to launch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own business-critical OKRs and collaboratively define your team’s product roadmap through customer and competitive research and data analysis
  • Work closely with product design, engineering, marketing and other stakeholders to drive initiatives from ideation through design, execution, and launch
  • Perform direct customer research to identify pain points, define requirements, and ensure solutions satisfy customer needs
  • Drive conversion-focused growth initiatives and experiments to increase customer acquisition and LTV
  • Lead agile development ceremonies and find opportunities to test assumptions and build MVPs
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics and use learnings to improve prioritization and development
  • Clearly track and communicate product plans, trade-offs, and results to a wide range of audiences

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of user-facing product management experience, preferably on a SaaS product
  • Experience driving cross-functional teams, including engineering and product design
  • Strong product intuition and experience solving customer pain points and breaking down ambiguous problems
  • Experience with growth, marketing, or conversion-focused experiences
  • Great analytical skills and familiarity with SaaS KPIs and analytics tools
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering digital products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, accommodating both engineers and business stakeholders
  • Ability to operate semi-autonomously in a fast-moving, agile environment
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a proactive mindset
