About You

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our growing NYC office. As a mid- to senior-level member of our team, this is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who wants to become an integral part of our SaaS company.

What You'll Do

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that increase our merchant’s ROI and affiliate success
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Drive product development with a team of engineers, taking input from customer success, and sales
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to uncover user needs and identify solutions
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Understand Refersion’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are best recognized in the industry
• Leverage our custom work service to prototype features before releasing for the larger user base 
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Requirements

• 5+ years experience directing project team members and overseeing technical and design deliverables
• Superior project scoping as well as project management chops
• Excellent client relationship management acumen 
• A solid background in web/graphic design and/or development team management is strongly preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of best practices for agile development, sprint planning, and ticket management/creation
• Effectively able to triage bugs and feature requests from multiple sources and stakeholders 
• Strong design sensibility and organizational skills
• Strong sense of ownership/leadership
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with Jira or similar ticket management software required
• Experience with Mixpanel and Github preferred
