Regional Manager of Product Experts

As the Regional Manager of Product Experts you will be at the center of our efforts by developing talent to support our rapid business growth. You will lead a team of Product Experts who provide engaging product training and manage product feedback. As a leader you strive to deliver excellent customer service, continually look to improve, motivate others to achieve performance goals, develop direct reports into leaders and exhibit extreme ownership in your role.
At Compass You Will:
- Lead our team of Product Experts located in the field across your region
- Provide employee development opportunities through feedback, coaching and regular touch bases
- Ensure our Product Experts are constantly learning pedagogical best practices and new methods of training delivery
- Provide guidance within your market for our in-person, remote, and self-guided product training programs
- Ensure product feedback is constantly flowing between Agents and Product Management
- Work in close partnership with the Director of Operations and General Manager for all logistical planning, scheduling and day to day operations within your region
- Collaborate with our National Manager of Product Experts to share best practices and launch new initiatives related to training and feedback
- Analyze product usage and business data to segment users and proactively find opportunities for Agents to engage with our products on a consistent basis
- Clearly communicate and drive results within your region through regular observation and interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- B.A. or B.S. degree and 7+ years working in Training, Product Support, Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, or relevant field
- 5+ years of people management (across multiple offices preferred)
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to lead by influencing others, especially in cross-functional settings
- Love working with people directly, with a genuine desire to help others
- Experience working with data to analyze product usage metrics and segment users
- Previous Learning Management System administration experience a plus
- Regular travel as required within your region
