A strategically important part of our charter is to build experiences to enable the growth of our members within WeWork. This is a new product area and while there are many things we can do, the full strategy and roadmap is a green field. As a Senior Product Manager, Account Management you will be a part of creating this roadmap alongside another PM and the Product Director.  We will be creating a Member Account Portal alongside developing a Member Growth Strategy. The successful candidate must have exceptional problem solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated leadership experience on initiatives that involve multiple cross-functional teams. We are looking for a seasoned manager with proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically.

 

  • Work with Leadership Team to create the vision and strategy for a completely new Product Area, building the story and generating Stakeholder buy-in
  • Develop roadmap and vision that enables Members to grow alongside WeWork, with a focus on creating a portal that drives self-serve opportunities
  • Recruit a new team including engineers, data, design and an Associate PM to drive the vision
  • Own the roadmap and product performance through defining and tracking success metrics, alongside optimizing projects post-launch
  • Collaborate across multiple cross-functional groups throughout the business, including marketing, engineering, design, revenue optimization, sales, enterprise to define and build market leading products
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive projects,fully understand their needs and escalate concerns
  • Work directly with engineering and design to ensure our products exceed standards of quality and reflect WeWork’s brand
  • Operate a cross-functional unit in an agile setting, with well-defined sprints, clear product backlogs, and forward-looking plans that align to your mission and success metrics

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience delivering consumer-facing products
  • 3+ years managing and growing Product Managers
  • Strong experience developing product vision and strategy, working closely with organizational leadership to prioritize roadmap
  • Experience through multiple complete product development cycles; possesses superior analytical abilities and product judgment
  • Experience within delivering products and services for enterprise organizations
  • Excellent listening, writing skills and very strong technical competency are essential

Our headquarters in NYC sits in Chelsea, but our growing tech team works from our SoHo, Chelsea, and Greenwich Village offices.
