Our platform is growing through acquisition, investment and partnerships, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Performance Advertising (Gaming /App Vertical) to join us on our mission to reimagine PCH’s digital future.

The Role

• Lead go-to-market strategy and build new to PCH – and new to world – performance advertising products to jumpstart and significantly scale the Gaming and Mobile Apps business.

• Identify differentiated, sellable, repeatable performance solutions for the gaming vertical, tapping PCH’s high user engagement and built-in advantage in capturing permissions-based, qualifying 1^st party data to drive conversions for client partners.
• Delineate supporting technology requirements and oversee their implementation, e.g., product specs, analytics, tagging, lead gen data capture, audience targeting, etc.
• Define and arm sales team with product selling points, including unique value proposition, competitive positioning, and case studies.
• Double as a marketing consultant to new clients, delving into their economics and PCH’s to improve our offering and unlock maximum performance and financial outcomes for the client and PCH.
• Analyze campaign and product performance to optimize for the most mutually beneficial PCH-partner business results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience over-delivering in your role, ideally leading the launch and rapid growth of an advertising performance-based product(s) at a media company.
• Superb analytics skills and business judgment a must, with a deep understanding of product development and performance marketing. 
• Scrappy, can-do, optimistic spirit; start-up mindset and experience preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and teams across multiple functional disciplines and brands. 
• Obsession with emerging marketing, consumer and technology trends.
