About the role:

We are searching for a Senior Technical Product Manager to manage our platform efforts. Every second, we make decisions on what types of content to display to our end users, leveraging data & insights to inform those decisions. As we gather increasing amounts of data, we’re looking to constantly deliver relevant content to our customers daily. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Own the product roadmap for the Platform team, strategically planning & executing sprints
• Pull data & insights daily to understand the impact of platform changes & adjust roadmap accordingly
• Work closely with management on defining quarterly OKR’s and translating goals into well defined & executed sprint cycles
• Propose innovative solutions to help drive top-line KPI’s via recommendations 
• Run daily standup meetings with the team & drive results 
• Work closely with stakeholders on the mobile & community teams to understand needs and wants from both teams. 
  

Qualifications: 

• 7-10 years of Product Management experience, 3+ years in platform-related product management & background in software engineering
• Strong technical understanding of the fundamentals of recommendation algorithms 
• Previous experience leading engineering teams & building recommendation systems at scale
• Experience in consumer technology companies 
• Expertise in data analytics, deriving insights from them & making data-driven decisions
• Strong analytical mindset & existing knowledge of SQL
• Bachelor of Science or above with a technical focus such as Computer Science or Engineering
