About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who is detail-oriented, organized, proactive and interested to work on a completely new product from scratch. In this role, you will work with subject matter experts in the apparel supply chain to manufacturing innovation. You are comfortable with wearing different hats and dealing with ambiguity.  You are able to find the answers or make and vet assumptions when you do not know something. You are a great collaborator, thoughtful, and research-oriented. You are service-oriented, interested in figuring out how to contribute to the greater good of the organization and the team.

Additional responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive research and market assessments.
• Lead or conduct user research.
• Document use cases.
• Work with UX on UX and UI development.
• Lead requirements capture and definition.
• Identify and assess existing solutions.
• Scope out the work for original solutions.
• Assist in or lead “build” vs “buy” assessments.
• Identify and escalate risks.
• Help find solutions to mitigate the risks.
• Identify and track KPIs.
• Define requirements in necessary formats to allow development, testing, support, usage and adoption.
• Prioritize features with corresponding transparent justification.
• Keep in the know on current software trends and technologies, particularly in the field of realistic 2D and 3D visualization, CAD and Digital Asset Management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience as a Digital Product Manager
• Experience with Digital Asset Management solutions or with CAD products is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce, particularly on e-commerce platforms, is a plus
• Excellent organizational as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Able to oversee and manage a high volume of high priority projects with little to no supervision
• Comfortable interacting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive and analytical approach; eye for detail
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Data Science (MBA or MS in Computer Science preferred)
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Background in engineering and ability to think of technical product and stories.
