Crossix is looking for a senior media and ad tech leader to own revenue growth and future development of our Programmatic and TV product lines. This position reports directly to the SVP, Product Strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Own product development, revenue performance and future growth for two key Crossix growth areas:
    • Programmatic – Consumer, Health Care Professional, Beyond Rx
    • TV Planning, Targeting, and Measurement:
      • Rx/Future planning solutions
      • National TV analytics
      • Addressable TV
      • Network Solutions (Planning, Data-driven linear & Measurement)
    • Develop and manage key partnerships and industry relationships:
      • Lead all partnerships and deals related to supporting programmatic and TV products, including contracting, product development, product enhancements, etc.
      • Directly interact with partners and clients to support sales, renewals, methodology discussions as subject matter expert
      • Solicit feedback from clients and partners on usage of products to recommend and lead enhancements for future product development
      • Develop a deep business understanding of growth opportunities, challenges, competitive environment
    • Drive Sales and Increase Market Penetration
      • Proactively identify additional opportunities to maximize commercial impact
      • Partner with our Marketing & Communications team to develop and improve product collateral, launch events and go to market activities
      • Manage financial reconciliation of our revenue stream with partners and ensure accurate reporting and recognition of associated revenue
    • Product Management
      • Lead and grow our team of product management experts to identify new opportunities for growth and adoption
      • Design and oversee all related operational support
      • Become internal subject matter expert on all product capabilities for Programmatic and TV; ensure that sales and service understand key product features and proper use cases
      • Thought Leadership—representing Crossix at conferences/events, in whitepapers and blog posts, and with key clients and partners

    What You've Done

    • 12+ years of experience working in ad tech or TV advertising
    • 4 year college degree required
    • Hands on experience working with media agency buying teams, including in depth knowledge of agency buying and planning tools
    • 3+ years working in media data sales in digital programmatic or addressable TV
    • 4+ years working in an analytics environment
    • Proven track record of building and growing media/ad-tech partnerships
    • In depth knowledge of addressable TV landscape
    • Deep experience providing data in digital and programmatic environments
    • Demonstrated industry expertise—author, conference presenter at industry events.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and coach team members
