General Responsibilities:

The BI Analyst will join the dynamic and growing Scentbird team where they will act as a BI specialist in reporting applications. This role will support the Analytics Team to enhance report design and visualization, optimize queries, and automate reports. The BI Analyst will provide direct support to all levels of staff. This specialist will work with the IT Team to gather requirements and leverage the Office 365 environment to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience working with various BI platforms, and the ability to implement new BI tools. Experience with Looker preferred.
• Ability to develop and validate reports using business intelligence software.
• Understanding of relational databases and experience creating reports or extracting data using BI tools.
• Strong analytical and computation skills, with experience managing, manipulating and interpreting data; drawing conclusions and presenting results.
• Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries against relational databases (MySQL desirable).
• Experience working in a e-commerce or subscription is preferred.
