EquityZen is a financial technology company, backed by leading venture and private equity investors. We’re looking for a collaborative, organized and hardworking Senior Financial Analyst, who has a strong interest in the pre-IPO space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting including variance and trend analysis
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close tasks
• Own recurring AR and AP operations with an emphasis on building out procure-to-pay automation and spend management
• Support annual audit and tax filing processes for the operating business and investment funds 
• Design and implement process & policy improvements for the Finance function 

THE RIGHT STUFF

• 2+ years of previous accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting of Finance
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Humble team player who enjoys, and is successful in, a collaborative environment

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE 

• Experience with NetSuite accounting software, credit card & bill pay management platforms, and data analysis tools such as Tableau
• CPA license
• Previous broker-dealer or fund accounting experience
• Public accounting experience
• Experience at a growth stage startup

SALARY 

$90,000
