What You’ll Do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Global Marketing &Operations Analyst,  to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, this pivotal role is responsible for the strategic deployment of a substantial global marketing budget to enhance organic sales growth for our licensees. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the effective allocation and utilization of marketing funds across various global markets, aligning with our overarching brand strategies and sales objectives.

 

What you’ll be working on:

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance metrics and insights to stakeholders and provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Utilize advanced marketing analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness
  • Interpret contracts to understand marketing spend allocations per licensee, ensuring compliance and optimization of spend.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate potential threats to brand equity.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies, to enhance brand presence and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy execution across all platforms.
  • Stay abreast of global marketing trends and innovations, continually seeking opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing technology platforms and tools to streamline processes, enhance campaign tracking, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the marketing operations function, identifying efficiencies and best practices to optimize resource allocation and budget utilization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners, licensees, and vendors, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies to drive organic sales growth for licensees, ensuring alignment with ABG’s strategic goals and brand values.
  • Manage a large global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of funds across different regions and licensee agreements.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Consulting, marketing, with a significant focus on global marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of managing and deploying large marketing budgets effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and analytics to inform strategy.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Exceptional ability to read and understand contracts, with keen attention to detail in marketing spend allocation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment


Primary Location Salary Range:

$100,000 - $150,000
