Job Description

As a member of our expanding team, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns for Avenue One's pivotal product and business ventures. The ideal candidate should possess a background in omnichannel marketing campaigns, be adept at nurturing relationships with cross-functional partners, and demonstrate meticulous project management skills.

This dynamic position demands individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a tech-savvy aptitude. Candidates should exhibit a proactive attitude, be ready to immerse themselves in tasks, and take charge of projects with minimal oversight. It's a fast-paced, varied role that thrives on collaborative effort and individual initiative.

What you can expect:

  • Collaborate closely with Prospecting, Sourcing, Trading, and other teams to arrange and synchronize brand content across diverse marketing channels, including email campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Assist Sales and Prospecting in crafting marketing materials like presentations and promotional items.
  • Manage and update the marketing calendar to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of all marketing activities.
  • Contribute to planning and executing events, webinars, and other promotional initiatives to engage our audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously work on refining and optimizing operational and communication processes across different teams.
  • Develop and oversee cross-functional campaign project plans to ensure smooth operational flow and flawless campaign implementation.
  • Coordinate with key cross-functional stakeholders such as regional marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, communications, editorial, sales, data partnerships, inventory partnerships, and others to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of campaign tactics that align with program objectives.

Experience / Qualifications

  •  2-4 years of professional marketing experience within a brand or agency setting
  • Proficient in crafting creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams
  • Skilled in developing narrative-driven sales materials
  • Proactive self-starter with a knack for fostering consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadline
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, requirements, and timelines, employing effective problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $80,000 - $100,000 at the time of posting.  Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
