About the Job:

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Sr. .Net Developer, you’ll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Perform hands-on .Net Development, adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices using C#, SQL, Microsoft SQL, Multi-threading/Async programming
• Develop and test innovative software solutions
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement, along with a great attitude, solid communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate
• Develop and maintain .Net applications in Financial Services environments

What You’ll Bring with You:

• 5+ years C#, SQL, .NET Core, SQL Server and Azure
• Develop and test innovative software solutions
• Experience following a process to implement, deploy and configure code changes
• Willingness to work out of the Weehawken office 3 days per week

Good to have:

• Working with real-time messaging platforms, preferably Kafka, but can be another such as MQ 
• Containers, preferably Kubernetes (AKS) 
• Microservice and Event-Driven architecture
• Trading / trade cycle experience in either Investment Banking, Asset Management or Wealth Management
